Introducing… The Pelagic Lounge!

We have listened to many of your requests for a private dining space to accommodate birthdays, wedding rehearsals, corporate outings up to 50 people. Check out our new Pelagic Lounge. This is a private access, indoor-outdoor, fireplace dining venue with harborfront views, media, and full bar… the perfect location for cooking classes, crab boils and other special occasions. Mondays are always such a blast at Ketch. The relaxed mood offers some tranquility to the weekend crowds and our warming spring weather is ideal for dining on our protected outdoor fireplace dining room. 20% discount is offered to local citizens ALL day, across all Ketch menus. 


Feeling Crabby?

As exciting as this truncated season was, the Dungeness crab harvest will draw to a close on April 8. The Pelagic Fish Market will be well-stocked through closing day. The silver lining news is that the local whale population is showing healthy levels, forcing regulators to truncate the crab season to prevent line entanglement. Look for a stronger presence of humpbacks and grays spyhopping the Coastside this summer. We will continue to stock live rock crab, which many believe to be a more distinctive delicacy than Dungeness.

The Pelagic Harbor Grill

If you’ve seen a continuation of sawdust and noise, our construction remodel is now focusing on the forthcoming Pelagic Harbor Grill. This will be an extension of the Pelagic Fish Market. Look for an increase in live well tanks, fresh species, and new outdoor wood, burning grill and smoker. Stay tuned for an announcement on the Pelagic Harbor Grill later this month. 


Faces for Radio

Dial your radio tuner to 100.1FM KHMB for Coastal Windage at 9:00-10:00 AM. On April 19 Chef Eduardo Coronel and CEO David Westendorf will begin their ‘permanent residency,’ serving as substitute DJs for Reuben Truthmaker’s "Talk of the Coast" show.
